Hi, my name is Danny Woodring. I was raised here in Fort Morgan and lived on the front range for a number of years before returning to raise a family with my wife of ten years, Bri. I spent the last nine years in the oil and gas industry before receiving my real estate license. While in the oil and gas industry I worked alongside some amazing people, some of which became mentors. Those people, along with some others, influenced my decision to get into real estate. My wife Bri and I bought our first home in our early twenties and realized what an amazing wealth-building tool it can be. Working with the real estate agents on our first home purchase and seeing how passionate they were about helping others achieve their goals planted the seed for me.
I will be the first to tell you that I am new to this side of the real estate business, but you can rest easy knowing that I chose to hang my license at Colorado Land Company where there is an abundance of knowledge and know-how.
