Thank you for bringing Nine Stories Real Estate Films and Photography on board to help tell your new listing’s story! I’m Matt, owner and CEO. Here’s a list of things for you to look over before our shoot, what you can expect to receive from me, and a few items of note.

1.      Every property that takes advantage of our full range of offerings (video, photo, 3D tour) receives its own personalized web page with video, photo, 3D tour, map, QR code, bit.ly link, and agent bio. Here’s an example:

2.      We now offer 360-degree tours! These are shot on a Theta camera, so slightly different than Matterport, but yielding equally stunning results. We also have the capability to enhance those images so that they resemble the stunning interior photos, creating an immersive, inside-out feel to the tour.

3.      Every photo set will include two exterior dusk edits with property lights. More are available upon request for an additional $8 per photo. We also have the ability to edit your photos and enhance the property’s grass, water, and skies at additional charges.

4.      We GUARANTEE a blue sky in all of your exterior photos. We’re at the mercy of the weather when it comes to video, but we’ll do our best to make sure we get the best possible exterior video shots.

5.      Moving forward, project cost will be based upon the list price. You have three base options for each project – Video/Photography/3D Tour Package, Video Only, and Photography Only. Add-ons such as 3D tours and other extras are available. Take a look at the details here:

6.      We understand that sometimes you only require exterior photos to compliment your own in-house 3D tour photography or only exterior video due to the size or condition of your listing. That said, due to demand, pricing will still be set at the above regardless of size of home or requirements of the shoot.

1.      Please make sure that you have already filled in the information form on our website – this will ensure that we are fully aware of what creative your property needs and where it’s located.

2.      Our turnaround time on all projects is a guaranteed 48 hours from the end of the shoot.

3.      You will receive your final photos in a .zip folder via email. It will include folders for the Interior/Exterior, Aerial, and (if applicable) Aerial with Property Lines.

4.      You will receive your final video via a link from Vimeo. You can download it from Vimeo in a number of resolutions.

5.      Your 3D tour will be delivered via an embed code in the email containing your Vimeo link and photo .zip folder.

6.      Everything will live on your property’s landing page, hosted by me, including the property video, photos, 3D tour, and agent bio.

7.      Every project must be paid for up-front before the day of the shoot. All projects will be invoiced via Quickbooks and can be paid through the app. If you request additional edits on your photos such as more dusk edits, grass enhancement, etc., then these changes will be invoiced and must be paid for before delivery of the project. If you prefer to pay via check, please provide a confirmation number of the check issue or bring it to the property on the day of the shoot. All projects can be paid for to Nine Stories Creative LLC.

8.      Please arrange with the property owner to have all pets and animals relocated for the day of the shoot. We have encountered everything from angry dogs to free-range snakes, and for the safety of our team and yours, please have the animals removed for the shoot.

9.      We shoot properties of all types and in all conditions, and we shoot them all as-is. It will be the property owner’s responsibility to have it camera-ready and to move any unwanted items like vehicles, machinery, tools, and trash from the environment. We will, of course, always make an effort to frame out anything not picturesque in the frame. Some non-permanent items may be eliminated from the photos in photoshop. Items will not be removed from video.
